RETURN / REFUND POLICY

ALL GARMENTS:

You have 7 days from the delivery date to return/exchange the product FREE OF CHARGE. Garments under YOUR FITT are final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Only alteration available. Kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving the garment ( YOUR-FITT ) for alteration requirements. There are some items that are Made To Order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Kindly refer the product detail page for specific return policy.

JEWELLERY:

Not eligible for return. Only exchange is possible within 48 hours from the delivery date if there is a manufacturing defect.

BAGS:

Not eligible for return. Only exchange is possible within 48 hours from the delivery date if there is a manufacturing defect.

FOOTWEAR:

Not eligible for return. Only exchange is possible if there is a size issue or a manufacturing defect. Kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

INDIAN CUSTOMERS

Returns for orders delivered within India qualify for Home Collection. Once you have found your order and if you are not satisfied please go to My ORDERS and click on Return in within 7 days of receiving your order. You also can email us at help@fittonn.com or contact us at +91-124-4561100 within 7 days of receiving your order. After reviewing your request, we will arrange for the pickup of the product. We don't accept returns for Jewellery, Bags and Garments under YOUR-FITT (Tailor-made or Standard alteration or both).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery. We don't accept returns for Jewellery, Bags and Garments under YOUR-FITT (Tailor-made or Standard alteration or both). Customers are required to self-ship the products with original packing & in original condition. Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received. Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of items. While insurance is not necessary, FITTONN will not be responsible for lost returns or misplaced items that do not reach us.

REFUND

INDIAN CUSTOMERS

If you are approved for a refund then it will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit ( Wallet ) to your fittonn.com account. For COD orders the cash refund can also be given via bank transfer into their account. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 working days from the date of product received by us to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. COLOURS AND TEXTURES

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible that appear on FITTONN. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. Also, some colours have a tendency to differ slightly, please read here for further details on colours and textures variations.

ITEM RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION OR WITH A MANUFACTURING DEFECT

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please inform us within 48 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials along with the item. If possible please click and send us the images of the product. If the original ordered item is no longer available, then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you. We will co-ordinate with you in regards to the shipment and ensure you are satisfied with the exchange. If you do not want any alternate item then we will refund you the product value in full. There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfil and must cancel. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by FITTONN and accept FITTONN's decision regarding the cancellation.
