Return & Exchange Policy

At Fittonn, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all tags and packaging intact

2. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale or discount offers
  • Innerwear / accessories (if applicable in future)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or washing

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer size exchange or product exchange (subject to availability).
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer:
    • Store credit, or
    • Refund (as per eligibility)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via:
    • Email: support@fitton.in (you can change this later)
    • WhatsApp/Phone: (add your number)
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Product details
    • Reason for return/exchange
  3. Our team will guide you with pickup or shipping instructions.

5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup may be available depending on your location.
  • If pickup is not available:
    • Customer must self-ship the product.
  • Shipping charges:
    • ₹___ (you can decide: ₹50–₹100 is common)
    • Or free in case of damaged/incorrect product

6. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the product:
    • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund mode:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store credit (optional faster method)

7. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share unboxing video/photos as proof
  • We will provide free replacement or full refund

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed (only return/exchange applies)

9. Important Notes

  • Fittonn reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Slight color variation due to lighting/screens is not considered a defect.
